The average quality tubes are supplied in the marketplace to a variety of tube vendors. The Premium tubes are used in upgrade situations where increasing the sound quality is the intention. Ray tubes have an arrangement with tube manufacturers to acquire the top 5% of the rated tube quality inventory. These tubes are marked for the "RESERVE" Series and are offered individually and in matched sets. Matched tube sets are tested and paired both electronically and sonically by qualified Technicians.
